You must have successful experience selling in the home B2C. You must have the ability to walk into a home and take calm control and build trust rapidly. You are a superstar and have the ability to put people at ease, ask great questions, and show empathy in tough situations. Your charm and your grace are only outweighed by your pursuit of new business. You prospect like an animal and work a lead to no. You follow a sales process with incredible consultative listening skills.
You can orchestrate a complex situation and make it easy for people to make decisions after sharing their compelling reasons to do business. You are quick at math and understand the art of the deal and are able to close in one call.
Experience selling home remodeling, windows, roofs, vacuum cleaners, home wears, siding, knives, and home products helpful. Real estate experience is a plus but not required. You must be willing to work evenings and some weekends. You must be willing to cold call for 30-50% of the time. You must have prior earning of at least 75K on a variable comp plan and the desire to earn more. • Negotiate purchase agreements with potential sellers
